I thought I’d make another puppy doll, this time with a patch over the eye.
Unfortunately, a millimetre too thin, and theĀ legs turned into a bit of an ordeal to turn right side out.
A case of “death by chopstick” ensued – a long session of poke, tweak, tug, repeat.
It ended with another sortĀ of patch, after I lost patienceĀ a bit – and rammed the end of the chopstick through the seam.
Rats.
But thankfully, Patch is all patched up now.Ā ā„
She’s adorable, and what’s a patch among friends? The bell choker is especially sweet!
Collar, please! Every puppy needs a posh collar!
Of course! What was I thinking? I was looking at her as a cute little girl who just happened to have a puppy head, but clearly it’s the other way round!
Look up Hemostats on ebay, they are brilliant for grabbing and turning through fabric!
I have one Louise – bought it after Jess Quinn’s class! Those legs were too thin even for that!
Adorable!
