When I buy vintage fabric, I don’t expect to always get what I expect to get. If you see what I mean.
Usually this is not a Good Thing. Usually it is because the fabric is more faded, or has a stain or a hole, or is in some other way less nice than advertised.
But occasionally, just occasionally, it works the other way around…
I bought some fabric from Redeem Creations destash sale the other day. Not only was what I bought totally up to scratch, but I got more fabric than I actually ordered, which I can only put down to extreme generosity.
Plus, I also received a special, extra-lovely gift of one of her fantastic beehive dolls!
You may have seen them on the cover of Mollie Makes magazine… and now, one is mine!
How dolly lucky am I! ♥
completely love the beehive doll and so pleased to have found another lovely blogger/shop selling gorgeous stuff 🙂
You are more than welcome Modflowers :0) I’m just so glad everyone seems to be enjoying the fabric as much as I do. And as for the lady – well, she wanted to come and meet all the moggies – she’s a cat person at heart :0)
She has met the moggies! But I hope she will enjoy being more of a lady about town than a homebody as she is currently dangling from my handbag! x
