This weekend I’ve been increasing my tweetie stash, both for a new stockist (about which more later), and for my stall at the Pretty Dandy Flea next Saturday.
This newbie is made from some recently acquired fabric that I think is rather glorious.
But when I’d finished her, there was a sort of vacant look about the eyes. As though she could be on drugs, or just… absent, somehow.
It just wouldn’t do and I had a moment of panic, until my eye alighted on my recent purchase from my friend Maria at Sunshine Lovely Vintage Stuff.
Et voilá!
A bit of vintage trim, and the vacancy was instantly filled.
Sometimes, one little thing can make all the difference. ♥
Love that daisy trim, can I borrow some for my eyes this morning 😉
So lovely! Gorgeous fabric and the trim finishes her off beautifully xx
I love how you’ve used the trim. I have to laugh at the thought of a tweetie on drugs. I’m quite jealous of all the craft fairs you seem to have around there…
Lovely fabric and the daisys really pump up the 70’s retro look. Fantastic.
