I don’t really think of myself as one of life’s optimists.
Usually, although I try very hard not to be, I have a sneaking suspicion that my tendency is towards being a glass-half-empty gal, rather than one of life’s natural rays of sunshine.
I decided at the end of last week that there was plenty of time for me to make another batch of moggies for local shop Locally Produced for You – and get everything else done.
As I may have mentioned, I am shutting up shop after this weekend to jet off for Christmas in Australia with my lovely sister (squee!)
As well as the moggies, I had commissions to complete. Holiday stuff to sort out. And presents to buy.
I have a feeling that I was maybe a little optimistic…
But hey, as you can see, the promised moggies are done and delivered (with a few more for my shop nearly completed).
One commission is ready to ship. My shopping is around two-thirds complete.
There’s another commission to tackle today, and the weekend to do the rest.
Perhaps my uncharacteristic optimism wasn’t entirely misplaced after all. ♥
