As I mentioned the other day, modflowers et famille will be off on holiday on Sunday for a couple of weeks.
We will be camping in central France, meeting up with friends whose relatives own this lovely campsite, where we will be staying.
The river Sioule is clean and shallow, so we will be doing lots of swimming, and wallowing, to survive the heat. Possibly even a spot of canoeing, if we’re feeling particularly adventurous.
And when it cools down of an evening we shall be enjoying good food, and good chats, and partaking of wine, and hearty quantities of delicious French cheese.
Well I will, anyway. Vegan partner, not so much. 😉
Frankly, I can’t wait!
I will be leaving the laptop behind. But you can follow me on Instagram, where I will be posting the odd picture or two.
And whilst I’m away, rest assured that my blog will not be lying idle and unloved.
I have put together a little project to keep you entertained during the weeks I’m busy having fun…
Because I’m nice like that!
There will be a series of posts running…
Stash stories. Something for the lazy, sunny summer days.
A fabric a day from my stash, with its story. Some more interesting than others, depending on the fabric!
So if you’ve ever wondered what’s in my stash, and how it came to be there, or why, now’s your chance to find out.
The first of my stash stories will be told on Sunday.
I do hope you’ll drop by.
Bonne vacances, tout le monde! ♥
Have a great time 🙂
Bon Voyage mon amie!
Have a lovely holiday, I’ll look forward to reading your stash stories. Xxx
Enjoy….
